All orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your jewelry. Additionally, items priced up to $500 include insurance for added peace of mind during transit.

The first resizing is complimentary with purchase of the piece (except for rings with wide bands) after that the resizing fee starts at $40.

Wide band rings will have a resizing fee starting at $100, the invoice will be emailed separately after purchase of the piece.

Most rings can be resized up or down 3 sizes. Note the product descriptions for the exact size range.

If your ring size is out of the size range for resizing, depending on the style and gems used, I may be able to recreate the ring for you in your desired size.

All fees depend on the design and size of the band. Email me with any questions!

As each piece is uniquely handmade, I do not accept returns on made to order pieces. As for the pieces that are already made (any of the one of a kind pieces), I accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please contact alexa@fromisla.com with questions regarding returns. From Isla is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit. I do not refund shipping charges on return items. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise discussed. 

From Isla offers complimentary cleaning and polishing for the lifetime of your jewelry. Complimentary normal wear and tear repairs for the first year. Any repairs beyond that will cost and additional fee, depending on the amount of work that needs to be done. Please email alexa@fromisla.com for repair questions.From Isla is not responsible for repairs and alterations made by other jewelers or damage outside of normal wear and tear.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours you will receive a refund. After 24 hours you are subject to a restocking fee of 20% based on the materials and the amount of work that has been done. Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Please take care when cleaning your jewelry! Soak in warm water with a drop of dish soap to help remove any buildup and gently dry off with a cloth. If further cleaning is needed, a soft bristle tooth brush can be used to gently scrub hard to reach places with warm soapy water. You should remove your jewelry when exercising, cleaning, applying lotions, or doing any hard labor. Take extra care with soft stones such as opals and emeralds.When in doubt, take it off. 

All of the gold is solid 14k gold. Any of the made to order pieces can be made in white, yellow, or rose gold. If you prefer a higher carat gold for a made to order piece, please email alexa@fromisla.com to discuss options! Gemstones are ethically and sustainably sourced. From Isla packaging contains zero plastic and uses recycled materials wherever possible. All melee diamonds used are natural and conflict free.

I use an ancient process called lost wax casting to create all of the jewelry. First I begin by using melted wax to form the design around the stone, then it is sent off to a casting house where it is turned into gold, then once I receive the raw casting, I set the stones and polish!
